Every agent submits government-issued ID, business registration, and a valid recruitment licence. Our team manually reviews and approves each application before granting agent status. Unverified agents cannot post jobs or receive payments.

When you pay a service fee, Ajuma Link holds the money — not the agent. Funds are only released after our admin team verifies that the agent has delivered on agreed milestones. If processing fails without fault, your funds are protected.

This is defined per job listing. The agent specifies which documents they will deliver (offer letter, employment contract, work permit, flight itinerary, etc.) before you apply. All documents are reviewed by our admin team before reaching you.

If your application is rejected through no fault of your own, you may raise a dispute. Our admin team reviews each case. Refunds are processed based on what stage processing had reached.
